LEVER first progress Meeting was held from 26th to 28th May 2015 in the charming frame of late-spring Madrid and its Palacio de Miraflores.

On the basis of the interesting information and materials collected from our cross-national survey, a first draft of model for the recognition of competences was presented and discussed during the meeting.

It was decided that LEVER model shall focus on transversal competences (which we considered more homogeneous and easier to be shared at an international level than professional ones). Thus, a LEVER set of competencies shall be designed, taking as a common reference the European framework of the 8 key-competences for Lifelong Learning.
